What do I do if I've forgotten my password and Username?

Am having problems logging in although I know my username and password are correct ?
The sites uses session based authentication. Some cookie blocking software and high security cookie settings may restrict access, although no information or cookies are stored directly on your PC.
Will the site calculate my golf handicap ?
Yes the site will track your golf handicap, this is based on an UK golf handicap system .
Can I get a golf certificate?
The GolfingHandicaps Handicap Tracker provides a free online golf handicap certificate as well as printable .pdf certificate that you can take with you to the course.
Is the golf handicap an official handicap?
The handicap and handicap certificate are recognised and accepted at golf courses worldwide. At present,we are unable to formally call our golf handicap an official handicap as currently official handicaps can only be issued by golf clubs to their club members. However, we have never recieved any cases of anyone who has been refused permission to a course after showing proof of our handicap. If you are in any doubt, simply check with the club before you travel.
How do I show my golf handicap to a golf club in advance of playing?
Simply set your handicap security to public via your profile settings and email the club a link to your handicap certificate page. Alternatively, download the .pdf handicap certificate and email it ot post/fax it to the club
Are golf points automatically worked out for me?
Yes, we use the British Stableford points scoring system to calculate golf points played for each of your rounds.

Requirements for my PC
The GolfingHandicaps Handicap Tracker golf handicap tracker should work with any internet compatible browser.
Why can't I see the whole of the screen ?
The site is optimised for a screen resolution of 1024*768 and above, anything less will not view fully..
How do I add new tee information?

Yes, but at present we haven't put the golf handicap system live for other countries.
